Cash back
How do I earn cash back?
Bring your whole tab balance down to J$0 in one payment. Cash back isn't a discount taken off at the register — it's a reward credited to your account afterward, as credit toward your next purchase, once every cent you owe is cleared.
Does paying off part of my balance earn anything?
No. If any amount is left owing after your payment, no cash back is earned on that payment — it has to zero out your whole tab.
What rate do I earn?
It depends on how old each individual charge is, not your balance as a whole: a charge added today earns 10%, one added yesterday earns 5%, and anything two or more days old earns nothing. Your tab is usually a mix of charges from different days, so a full payment normally earns a blend of these rates, not one flat number.
Does an old charge on my tab lower the rate on my newer purchases?
No. Every charge is judged on its own — by its own date, not the balance overall. A charge you just added still earns the full 10% even if there's an old, already-expired charge sitting on the same tab. That old charge simply earns nothing for itself; it doesn't drag anything else down with it.
Is there a minimum balance?
Yes — your tab needs to total at least J$300 before cash back applies. Below that, clearing your tab is still free of any fee, it just doesn't earn a reward.
What does the countdown bar on my tab actually track?
It's a visual reminder of Fresh Snacks' typical business hours (7am–3pm) so today's window is easy to see at a glance. What actually decides your rate is the calendar date a charge was added, not the exact hour — so a charge added today keeps earning 10% until the day changes, even if you pay after the bar has fully drained.
What happens if I miss both windows?
That charge simply stops earning anything — it doesn't disappear or get forgiven, you still owe it in full, it just no longer qualifies for a reward. Your tab shows a summary of any bonuses missed this way so nothing is a surprise.
Cash back is a Fresh Snacks promotion and can change or end at any time; it doesn't apply to balances that were already open before the promotion started.
Paying your balance
How do I pay?
Tap "Pay in full now" on your tab and choose how: hand your payment to Fresh Snacks in person, or — once your balance reaches J$3,000 — pay online with PayPal.
Is there a fee for paying online?
Paying online through PayPal adds a 5% processing fee, shown upfront before you confirm — this is Fresh Snacks' own fee for offering the option, separate from any fee PayPal itself may charge. Paying in person never has a fee.
Does paying online change my cash back?
No — cash back works the same regardless of how you pay. If your payment (in person or via PayPal) clears your whole balance, the same per-charge rates above apply.
